All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. When purchasing bagged products, bags shall be inspected for any defects prior to pick up.
For bulk orders, the customer is responsible for inspection of all bulk material prior to unloading. Bulk materials are non-refundable after unloading.
Delivery fees are non-refundable as well
For bagged pallet deliveries, pallets are inspected by crew members, the forklift operator, and truck driver prior to delivery.
